RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to process a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Items exempt from returns:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care items

To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send items directly to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds (if applicable):

  • Books with visible signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons other than our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Late or missing refunds:

  1. Double-check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as refunds may take time to be officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing delays are common.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. For exchanges, email us at [email protected] to arrange for a replacement of the same item.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit equal to the return value will be issued once the item is received. For items not marked as gifts or shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the purchaser.
